Quick Start
The Dedicated Gateway UI is powered by LiteLLM. It gives your organization administrators full control over users, teams, virtual keys, budgets, and model access — without touching the API directly.
This section covers the most common operations: manage users, keys, teams, and budgets through the UI.
For advanced configuration, refer to the LiteLLM documentation.
Your Dedicated Gateway instance is fully managed by the IG1 team. LiteLLM installation, deployment, and infrastructure documentation are not relevant for your usage. you only need to manage users, keys, teams, and budgets through the UI.
Access the UI
Each organization has its own Dedicated Gateway UI instance.
Default URL:
https://api.XXX.ig1.ai/ui
Where XXX is your organization trigram provided by the IG1 team.
If your organization uses a custom base URL:
https://<YOUR_GATEWAY_BASE_URL>/ui
Login
To log into the Dedicated Gateway UI portal, use the credentials associated with your user account.
Your Organization Administrator must invite you to a Team first. You will receive an invitation link to create your account.
Each organization defines its own access policy. Contact your administrator for details on Virtual Key, User, or Team management permissions.
If you have no administrator yet or any doubt, Contact our support.
What you can manage
