Users
Users are the individual members of your organization who can access the Dedicated Gateway UI or consume the API via Virtual Keys.
Invite a User
- Go to Internal Users in the left sidebar.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Select a Global Proxy Role (see below).
- Select a Team or use the default one.
- Click Send Invitation.
The user will receive an email with a link to create an account.
Global Proxy Roles
| Role | Description |

| Admin (All permissions) | Full access: manage users, teams, keys, budgets, and models |
| Admin (View Only) | View all keys, view all spend |
| Internal User (Create/Delete/View) | View/Create/delete their own keys, view their own spend |
| Internal User (View Only) | View their own keys, view their own spend |

Assign the Admin role carefully. Admins can revoke keys and modify budgets across the entire organization.
Revoke a User
- Go to Internal Users.
- Find the user and click Actions → Trash.
- Confirm the action.
All Virtual Keys associated with that user are immediately deleted.
Best Practices
- Invite users only after their Team is created, so you can assign them immediately.
- Regularly audit the user list to remove inactive accounts.
- Prefer Internal User role by default — escalate to Admin only when necessary.
